Dear Students!
The Union of Towns and Communes of the Parsęta River Basin in Karlino invites all students attending primary and middle schools to take part in a photo contest titled
"Biodiversity around Us"
held as part of the project
“Protection of Biodiversity and Ecosystems in the Parsęta River Basin through Education of Kids and Youth”
co-financed from the funds managed by the European Economic Area Financial Mechanism for the years 2009-2014 and by the Voivodeship Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Szczecin.
The subject matter of the contest is environmental biodiversity that may be defined as the diversity of all living organisms inhabiting terrestrial, marine and freshwater ecosystems on the Earth. Preserving biodiversity is crucial for the future of mankind and our planet. Photographs showing a plant, animal, insect, etc. species may be entered for the contest.
The organizer will present attractive prizes to the winners of the first four places and award six distinctions in three age categories: forms 1–3, 4–6 of the primary school and the middle school.

Send your works or bring them in person to the offices of the Union of Towns and Communes of the Parsęta River Basin at Szymanowskiego 17, 78-230 Karlino by 16 October 2015.
